Who we are

At Our Generations of Love, we believe kindness can start small and grow into something lasting. What began with a child’s lemonade stand and a heart to help local students has grown into a community-centered nonprofit where children, families, and volunteers come together to serve others. Through Heart Projects, Kindness Kids, and local outreach, we create opportunities for the next generation to discover the joy of giving back and the power they have to make a difference.

Meet Our Board

Founder/President

Chelsea Keplinger is the Founder and President of Our Generations of Love, Inc. Born and raised in Amarillo, Chelsea grew up in a family that believed in giving back, and she wanted her daughter to grow up with that same heart for others.

What began as a lemonade stand with her two-year-old daughter to help pay past-due school lunch accounts has grown into a nonprofit centered on children, kindness, and community service. Chelsea is passionate about helping kids discover that they can make a difference through Heart Projects, Kindness Kids, and simple acts of love.

Katie Hack

Vice President/Volunteer Coordinator

Katie Hack serves as Vice President and Volunteer Coordinator for Our Generations of Love. As an educator and lifelong servant leader, her work is guided by compassion, integrity, and faith. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.

Katie’s heart for service extends beyond the classroom through mission work, mentoring, and community outreach. She believes lasting change begins with authentic relationships and hands-on care. Through OGOL, Katie helps connect volunteers with meaningful opportunities to serve others and make a difference in the community.

Treasurer

Jessica Surber serves as Treasurer for Our Generations of Love. A lifelong Texan and proud community advocate, Jessica is passionate about giving back and helping create meaningful opportunities for others. She believes some of the greatest changes begin with simple acts of kindness and a willingness to show up.

Jessica loves bringing people together across generations and encouraging children and families to make a positive impact in their own communities. When she is not volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her husband and five dogs, hiking, reading, and finding new ways to give back.

Secretary

Memree Mubarak serves as Secretary for Our Generations of Love. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from West Texas A&M University and has a deep love for serving the community. She was drawn to OGOL because of the way the organization meets families where they are.

Memree believes in creating opportunities for families to give back through volunteering, donating, attending events, or simply supporting a child’s lemonade stand. Outside of volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, caring for her two dogs and many plants, and reading.

Chrissa Bowels

Outreach Coordinator

Chrissa Bowels serves as Outreach Coordinator for Our Generations of Love. She brings more than a decade of experience as a dedicated paralegal, along with a bachelor’s degree in business. Her background has strengthened her commitment to advocacy, organization, and serving others with care.

A lifelong advocate for children and community engagement, Chrissa has coached many youth sports and loves encouraging confidence, growth, and connection. In her role with OGOL, she looks forward to supporting community outreach, youth engagement, and advocacy for children and families. She is also a proud mother and grandmother.

Media Coordinator

Cass Dye serves as Media Coordinator for Our Generations of Love. A former teacher with a background in education, business, and marketing, Cass became involved with OGOL because she loves helping children see that they can make a difference in the world around them.

In her role, Cass uses her love of marketing and technology to help share OGOL’s mission with the community. She is honored to be part of an organization that empowers both her and her daughter to serve others. Outside of OGOL, she enjoys dance mom life, sports, reading, and time with her two dogs.
